Handcrafted in Switzerland over 150 years ago, our traditional pastilles have been recognized around the world to protect the vocal cords, soothe the throat, combat dry mouth and help with hoarse voice. If you are a performer, regularly speak or present in public or rely on your voice for your livelihood, Grether’s Pastilles should be part of your routine.

Grether’s Pastilles are a unique blend of powerful ingredients formulated to provide effective relief from irritated throats caused by excessive taking, singing, or speaking. Its intense flavors provide a refreshing taste, while the glycerin helps moisten and soothe the irritated mucous membranes in the mouth and throat.

To consume, dissolve one pastille in the mouth to allow the glycerin to coat the throat. Repeat every two hours if required. Do not consume in excess, as the pastilles may have a laxative effect.

Maltitol syrup, gelatin, blueberry juice, citric acid, glycerine, flavoring, agar-agar, vegetable oil (coconut, canola), grape juice concentrate (coloring), beeswax, acesulfame potassium

    I love Grether’s sugar-free pastilles, and blueberry is my favorite flavor. I am a preschool music teacher, so I sing and talk all day. I take voice lessons and act in theatrical productions after school. I use my voice a lot, and I don’t eat sugar. These are so very helpful to me!

    I am a longtime regular user of Grether's Pastilles for my throat and voice, and I have recently added Grether's Sugarfree Blueberry Pastilles to my standard order. The flavor of these Pastilles is marvelous ... full and fruity without being overwhelming ... and they certainly soothe my throat as well as all of the other flavors! Another marvelous, quality product from Grether's!

    By far my favorite flavor, they hydrate the throat and just make me feel more comfortable when warming up or between songs in a show. Only complaint is that I can’t but them in stores
